The listed prices of the masterclass do not include 27% VAT.
Participations are strictly in the order of priority (“first-come, first-served”).
100% of the masterclass price is required to secure your spot. Your spot is officially confirmed by sending us a registration form and the bank transfer payment. Any bank transfer costs are payable by the participants.
If the organisers need to cancel the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the course fee can be refunded or turned into credit. The credit can be used for future masterclasses and will ensure a place within a future class. If the organisers or guest chefs have cancelled the masterclass, guests who have already paid will receive a refund. If a participant would like to withdraw their participation from an event, 10 days notice has to be given before the event date, and Dessert University will refund 90% of the fee.
In case of cancellation by the organisers or the guest chefs, the organiser refunds only the amount that the participants have paid for the cancelled masterclass. In case of cancellation by the participants up to 10 days to the start of the masterclass, 50 % of the amount will be refunded to the participant. There is no refund in case of cancellation by the participants up to 3 days to the start of the masterclass.
Transfer of participation in another name
Participations may be transferred to another name free of charge with written notice up to 10 days prior to the start of the seminar. In case of change later than 10 days, there is a fee of 50€.

What’s not included in the price:
The cost of the masterclass does not include travel expenses
Accommodation, transportation and other meal costs (breakfast and dinner).
Duration and schedule of the masterclass
The masterclasses last from two (2) to five (3) days depending on the subject. The arrival time at the seminar is 8:30 am with an official start at 9:00 am. There is a break for a light meal at 1:00 pm and the completion of the masterclass is 6:30 pm. At the times indicated, there may be slight discrepancies based on the program flow.
Photos & Videos of Participants
Participants are allowed to take photos during the masterclass. The video of the entire masterclass or even extensive videos are explicitly forbidden and are considered a breach of the contract terms with our guest chefs. Photos and short videos are allowed for social media, as well as location sharing and tag of the chef and the Dessert University.
It is not allowed to film and distribute/share the step by step preparation in class without the consent of the organizers.

Photos and videos depicting you may be taken during the MasterClass for Dessert University’s social media or other means of promoting Dessert University. If you do not wish us to use shots from you, please let us know before the commencement of the seminar. The professional photos of the masterclass are available two to three weeks after the end of the seminar and are posted on Dessert University’s official page on Facebook and the Dessert University website at dessertuniversity.com.
